Uber is a business built on movement, yet its internal celebrations had become stagnant. Our challenge was to design a cultural reset that mirrored the pace of the platform.
We were tasked with aligning a young, diverse workforce with a singular, customer-centric vision. We created an experience that didn't just talk about drivers—it put employees behind the wheel.
The result was a workforce re-sensitized to the platform’s daily realities and fully synchronized with Uber’s vision for the future.
Uber isn’t just a platform; it’s a story of constant movement. We took that story off the screen and into the real world.
Our strategy was simple: stop talking at staff and start moving with them. We engineered a three-day culture-sprint that balanced "big-picture" business strategy with raw, unscripted celebration.
