01 The business challenge

 Google Cloud needed to bring together over 1,500 business and technical decision-makers, CXOs, developers, and enterprise tech leaders for its flagship annual Summit in Sydney.

The challenge was to design and produce a premium, locally resonant experience that drove pipeline growth and brand awareness, while fostering genuine community across Google Cloud's strategic, enterprise, and corporate accounts.  

02 The creative solution

Sense designed and produced the full end-to-end Google Cloud Summit 2025, adapting the global Google Cloud Playbook with a distinctly Sydney lens. Natural wood, native flora, soft draping, and Google's signature brand were brought to life at the ICC.

A localised world-class event: A curated look and feel captured the warmth and energy of Sydney, creating an environment that felt premium, inclusive, and unmistakably Australian.

Immersive environments at scale: Sense managed every touchpoint, from the main stage and keynote production, to breakout stages, Developer Labs, a Google Showcase with IO3 Activation, sponsor booths, and a Networking Reception.

Precision across every detail: Trained brand ambassadors, full AV and show-calling, wayfinding, freight, and catering were all orchestrated to deliver a seamless experience for every attendee.

03 The results

Scale delivered: Over 1,500 attendees experienced one of Google Cloud's largest APAC summits, with a global livestream audience extending the reach beyond Sydney.

Pipeline impact: The event was designed to drive 70% pipeline growth through targeted engagement with Google Cloud's most strategic accounts.

Brand affinity: Attendees left with a firsthand experience of Google Cloud's vision, capabilities, and community, reinforcing its position as Australia's leading cloud partner.
